PROFILE
James Allaire is a graduate of UCLA and Southwestern Law School.
James has extensive personal injury litigation and trial experience and has recovered Millions of Dollars for his clients over the years. In a recent case involving a severe auto accident with a tractor-trailer James fought to overcome the insurance company denial and obtained a $2.8 Million Dollar settlement for his client.
Prior to becoming an attorney James was an insurance claims examiner. He now uses his experiences from the insurance side to help his clients strive to achieve the maximum recovery allowable by law.
James is experienced in all phases of litigation involving Personal Injury, Auto Injuries and Workers’ Compensation.
