PROFILE
Attorney Randall Kam has been a licensed attorney with the State of California for approximately 30 years. Mr. Kam graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in engineering and worked for a major oil company for 4 years. Mr. Kam subsequently decided to parlay his engineering degree and skills into the legal profession and graduated from Southwestern University School of Law with a law degree in 1991.
Mr. Kam began his legal career as a workers compensation attorney before changing his practice to personal injury and civil litigation where he worked for 4 years. Mr. Kam subsequently returned to the workers compensation practice and obtained credentials as a Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation with the State Bar of California in 2006.
Mr. Kam has represented both the insurance companies and individuals in workers compensation. As an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Kam represented numerous insurance companies and self-insured employers in the defense of workers compensation claims. As an attorney for the injured worker, Mr. Kam has used his knowledge gained from working for the insurance companies to negotiate favorable settlements or to win cases at Trial for the injured worker.
Unlike less experienced attorneys, Mr. Kam draws on his 30 years of experience as an attorney representing both sides of a case to obtain the best possible results for his injured clients.
