PROFILE
Attorney Stephen Kwan is an experienced and respected trial lawyer who other attorneys often turn to when the stakes are high. Stephen is a fierce advocate for his clients and has served as counsel for numerous Multi Billion Dollar entities, Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies.
Stephen has been lead attorney in thousands of cases in the areas of work related injuries and personal injury since 2004. He represents major corporations but also individuals who seek experienced counsel. He treats each case as his own. He fights for the underdog and prides himself on his exhaustive record of Trial victories.
His experience has gained him the title of being a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law by the State Bar of California. Other attorneys regularly seek the services of Stephen for his specialized experience in Workers’ Compensation Law. For several years Stephen was one of the only two Certified Specialists in his area. Stephen is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all California State Courts, United States District Court, Central District of California, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Stephen handles all phases of litigation involving Workers’ Compensation, Employment and related Civil matters. Prior to this position Stephen was a partner in a large international law firm overseeing numerous attorneys.
Stephen received his degree from UCLA and legal training at Whittier College and the prestigious Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.
